“Superintelligence” already names a future AI that would surpass people at almost everything. Using it for today's chatbot means readers have to guess which one a document is talking about.

The laws would not follow along.
Statutes passed by Congress say “artificial intelligence.” A president can change how his own agencies write, not how the law reads, so you would get rules saying SI pointing at laws saying AI.
